An odyssey of concrete, light, and promises in Échandens
On Route de la Chocolatière, in the heart of Échandens, a new silhouette is emerging in the urban landscape — that of the Chocolatier10 project. More than just a building, it is a vision taking shape, stone by stone, under the eyes of curious passersby and future residents.
The first days: foundations and hope
In the beginning, there is the promise — the bare earth, ready to welcome something grand. Early updates show the installation of the foundations, that silent but crucial moment where everything truly begins. It is here, in this reinforced concrete base, that the assurance of a solid future lies.
The ascent: from slab to rising walls
Then came the rhythm of construction, almost choreographed: formwork, rebar, concrete. Each poured wall seemed to tell the story of a building coming to life. The teams on site, tools in hand, worked with almost ritual precision, bringing verticality to what had been only a horizontal vision.
The walls gradually rose — from the ground floor to the second floor — transforming the idea into a tangible structure. Each day opened a window to the future: a living space, a workshop, a workspace, or simply a place to live.

With the frame in place, the adventure moved to finer elements: plumbing, electricity, tiling, finishes, and final adjustments. Each interior installation began to take on the rhythm of a beating heart — ready to welcome lives, laughter, and perhaps projects yet to be invented.

As the installations were refined, an entire palette of promises unfolded: sunlit balconies, a 91 m² communal terrace open to conversation and dreams, workshops and multifunctional spaces ready to host diverse activities.
The construction nears its end, and delivery is approaching — a conclusion that is above all a new dawn.
